If you’ve ever finished an epoxy floor or self-leveling pour only to find pinholes, craters, or bubble marks, you know the frustration. This 475mm spike roller is what you roll through wet coating to pop those bubbles – before they set and ruin the job.

Straight to the point

The roller is 475mm wide (about 18.7 inches). Nylon spikes, each roughly 1-1/4″ long, push into wet epoxy or self-leveler. As you roll, they release trapped air and let the material flow flat. No more sanding bubbles out of cured floors.

Why this frame works

The aluminium frame is lightweight – you’ll be working overhead on walls or leaning across fresh pours, so heavy steel isn’t your friend. It’s a two-sided design that applies even pressure across the whole roller. No dipping in the middle, no missed spots.

The frame also holds the spikes clear of the handle bracket. That means the sharp points won’t scrape against metal or your knuckles when you roll close to edges.

A couple real-talk notes

Spikes are sharp – don’t rest this on your leg or roll it over air hoses.
Clean the roller immediately after use with solvent or water (depending on your coating). Once epoxy dries on spikes, it’s not coming off.
Use a drop cloth when carrying it across finished floor – wet coating will drip from the spikes.
