Translucent Washes and Glazes: Dilute up to 15:1 (fifteen parts water to one part paint) to create bright, translucent washes. At this level of dilution, the paint mimics the intensity of aniline dyes, but without the associated health hazards.

Pro Tip: When diluting with more than 5 parts water, the binder strength may reduce. Simply add Rosco Clear Acrylic Glaze to your mixture to restore maximum adhesion and flexibility, ensuring your drops can be rolled and folded without cracking.

Application Instructions

For the best results, ensure your surface is clean, dry, and free of dirt or grease. Porous surfaces (excluding fabrics) should be primed first; we recommend Rosco Tough Prime.

Stir the paint thoroughly before use. You can apply Rosco Supersaturated using a high-quality brush, roller, or spray gun. Apply in thin, uniform coats, maintaining a wet edge and overlapping your strokes. If rolling, change your direction frequently to prevent streaking and patterns.

Note: Do not apply when air or surface temperatures are below 50°F (10°C). Keep from freezing.
