BIN is a high performance white-pigmented shellac based primer-sealer/stain blocker/bond coat that combines the convenience of lighting fast dry time with outstanding adhesion and the best stain blocking power available. It is ideal for new or previously coated wood, plaster, drywall, filled areas, porous wallcovering, and paneling. BIN is formulated adhere to almost any surface, allowing topcoats to stick better to a variety of surfaces – glossy enamel paints and clear finishes, glass, ceramic tile, metal, formica, and MDF. The solvent in BIN has a mild and quickly dissipating odour, making it suitable for use in non-occupied spaces in hospitals and schools. Ideal for use in retail shops, walk-in refrigerators, food procesing plants, restaurants, homes and apartments. This multipurpose shellac based primer-sealer can be used over or under any oil or water-based architectural paint and is ideal for new construction, fire and water damage, remodeling and restoration.
